This policy covers the public PAWGRID iOS app and the PAWGRID website, including support, contact, feedback, and bug-report forms.

Who operates PAWGRID
PAWGRID is operated and published by 18D MEDIA LLC. MENGARZ is the consumer-facing brand used for PAWGRID and other digital projects; it is not identified here as a separate legal entity.
The PAWGRID app and local game data
PAWGRID does not provide a PAWGRID player account or login. Game progress, completed puzzles, daily-play and reward state, and preferences such as sound, haptics, language, and appearance are stored in local save files on your device. PAWGRID does not intentionally send that game progress to an 18D MEDIA LLC or MENGARZ cloud user profile, and release builds default PAWGRID’s own optional playtest analytics to off. You can reset available settings or progress in the app where that option is provided, or remove the local app data by deleting PAWGRID from your device. Copies in device backups are controlled by your device and backup provider.
Advertising and information Google may process
PAWGRID uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide interstitial and rewarded advertising. As a third-party advertising and service provider, Google may process an IP address and approximate location derived from it; device identifiers, including an advertising identifier or other app- or developer-bounded identifiers where available and permitted; advertising data such as ads viewed; non-user-related crash logs and other diagnostic information; performance information such as launch time, hang rate, or energy use; and app or product interactions such as launches, taps, and video views. Google may use this information for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, advertising measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, diagnostics, security, and service performance.
Advertising consent and privacy choices
PAWGRID uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request current consent information and show applicable privacy messages before requesting ads. When required, a privacy-options control is available from PAWGRID settings so you can revisit applicable choices. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or used only for technical delivery depending on region, consent, Google’s requirements, and device settings. PAWGRID does not intentionally request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can also use iOS and Google privacy or advertising controls. 18D MEDIA LLC cannot independently access, correct, or delete data held solely by Google.
Information submitted through the website
The website collects information only when you choose to send it through a support, contact, feedback, or bug-report form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, message, optional device model, iOS and app version, reproduction steps, and a screenshot you intentionally upload. This information is not automatically collected from people merely because they use the PAWGRID app. Hosting and security providers may also process ordinary network information, such as IP address and browser or device information, to deliver and protect the website.
How website information is used
Website submissions may be used to provide support, reply to messages, manage earlier submissions, send requested transactional email, investigate bugs, maintain security and rate limits, improve PAWGRID, and keep necessary administrative records. Only include screenshots you are comfortable sharing with authorized PAWGRID administrators, and avoid passwords, financial details, private messages, or unrelated personal information.
Service providers and safeguards
Google provides advertising and UMP consent services for the app. Supabase provides the website database, administrator authentication, and private screenshot storage; Resend provides transactional email delivery; and Vercel hosts and delivers the website. These providers may process information as needed for the purposes described above under their own terms and privacy policies. 18D MEDIA LLC requires service providers that receive PAWGRID information to protect it in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable requirements. Website submissions are restricted to authorized administrators and protected with reasonable technical safeguards, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention, deletion, and correction
Local game data remains on your device until you reset it where available or delete the app and its data. Website submissions, email-delivery records, and related administrative records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, operate and improve PAWGRID, protect the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate records; they are deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably needed. You may ask 18D MEDIA LLC to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the website. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes. Third-party data is also subject to each provider’s retention and deletion practices.
Audience and children’s privacy
PAWGRID is a general-audience puzzle game and is not offered as a children-specific service. The website forms are not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child submitted personal information through the website, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when PAWGRID, the website, our service providers, or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date shown above.
